Manager, Development (Acquisition)

What you'll do

  • Identify acquisition and development opportunity from private negotiation, public tender or site assembly, and manage the evaluation process including prepare market analysis, feasibility study, and presentation to senior management 
  • Handle town planning application and land administration matters
  • Lead the team to conduct market research of property supply, transactions, and government policy on town planning and lands matters
  • Conduct valuation on property and development land
  • Closely collaborate and coordinate with various internal departments during pre-tender process
  • Assist in formulating investment and acquisition strategy
  • Participate in transaction negotiation, reviewing contracts and agreements

 

Who you'll work with

 

  • You will work closely with Marketing, Legal, Project and other Departments internally and cope with government officers to obtain application approvals when necessary

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in surveying (general practice) / real estate or related disciplines
  • Qualified surveyor (general surveyor) is required
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in lands acquisition, valuation, development consultancy or property investment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded with problem solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese
