Officer, Customer Relations

What You'll Do

 

Your role is to provide support to Customer Relations Team in daily operation, key responsibilities include:

 

  • Monitor contractors’ performance including reports review and liaise with them to ensure their performance meet the standard
  • Conduct on-site audit regularly to assess the service at different properties 
  • Analyze findings and identify areas for enhancing customer experience
  • Compile statistics and reports for management review
  • Handle customers’ feedback and liaise with local management office for follow-up
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Who You Are

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years’ related experience, possess experience in property management field is preferred. Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Officer.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibility with can-do attitude 
  • Excellent service mindset, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
