Assistant, Technical Services (Mid-levels)

What You'll Do

  • To carry out clerical work such as JDE system, payment process and maintain good filling system
  • To purchase maintenance materials and keep records
  •  To help engineers and technical officers in
    • preparation of quotation / tender document, costing analysis and internal reports
    • conducting routine inspection at various building facilities and report on progress of work
    • supervision of contractor’s works in accordance with submitted schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Holder of diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD and preparation of building services drawings
  • Familiar with the uses of MS Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills
