What You'll Do


Job Summary


  • To handle the daily operation of the Sales office of sales projects


Key Roles & Responsibilities


  • To handle sales administration works and to arrange sales documents for signing
  • To present and introduce the development to visitors by various marketing tools, e.g. project models, show flats, AV presentation and sales collaterals
  • To answer the enquiries and sales hotline and to offer customer services
  • To coordinate with Property Servicing Team in maintaining the sales office, e.g. daily checking on cleaning, security and provisions
  • Assist in preparation of project launch
  • Conduct market research for projects being launched for sales on the market
  • Other ad hoc assignments on marketing or agency works

  • Diploma / Degree holder or above in any related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 Year(s) Experience in property developers is preferable
  • Good in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and PowerPoint
  • Responsible, attentive to details and a good team player
  • Outgoing, initiative, service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Shift duty is required
