Assistant, Company Secretarial

What You'll Do (Job Summary and Key Roles & Responsibilities)
 

  • Assist in performing general company secretarial and administrative duties
  • Maintain corporate records, filing documents and draft documents
  • Arrange for statutory filings in a timely manner
  • Liaise with banks, government authorities and professional firms etc. for different company secretarial matters
  • Support the supervisor(s) in ad-hoc assignments
  • A positive team player
  • Well-organized and hardworking with strong sense of responsibility

  • You will report to the supervisor(s) in performing your daily duties and you are also required to work closely with your team members

Job Requirement
 

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Possesses at least 2 years company secretarial experience gained from reputable professional firms or Hong Kong listed companies
  • Student member of HKICS / ICSA
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word and Excel, including Chinese word processing)
