Deputy Manager, Leasing

What You'll Do (Job Summary and Key Roles & Responsibilities)

Responsible for all leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, liaising with property agents, market research, budget preparation, tenancy administration for office / industrial properties.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To handle new lettings and renewal cases
  • Prepare and review leasing document and contracts
  • Coordination on fitting out works, repossession and handover of premises
  • Conduct market research to advise on leasing trends and budget presentation
  • Liaison with property agents
  • Assist in ad hoc project assigned by supervisors

 

Who You'll Work With

  • Report to Senior Manager, Leasing / Senior Director, Leasing
  • Work with other Head Office’s supporting team and property agents

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in property developer
  • Excellent command in both English and Chinese written skill
  • Fluency in spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to meet tight deadline for ad hoc assignment / tasks
  • Strong analytical skills to define and solve problems and interpersonal skills
