Officer, Property Services (Portfolio Management)

Job Summary

  • To assist the preparation of internal documents, administering management systems, handling of ad hoc projects and providing administrative support.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate preparation of company policies and guidelines
  • Administer different management systems
  • Provide administrative support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Internally: Various departments, subordinates, superiors, etc.
  • Externally: Government and statutory bodies, service contractors, etc.

 Experience You’ll Need

 

  • Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines e.g. Real Estate, Housing study is a must
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management
  • MCIH, MHKIH, Provisional PMP licenses (Tier 2) is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attention to details with data analytical mindset
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
