Senior Manager / Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

What You'll Do
 

Job Summary

 

  • Act as a senior manager/manager in the FP&A team in Group Finance of Kerry Properties. Working directly with the director of FP&A to provide management reporting, analysis of company’s performance and insights to senior management for decision-making

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the Group planning and management reports of month-end results, business reviews, budgeting and forecast, board meeting, and company results announcement
  • Perform analysis of company’s financial performance and provide key finding and commentary. Prepare group presentations to management
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency in financial planning and analysis. Streamline processes and digitalize reports leveraging IT systems
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen financial insights through enhancing transparency in company’s financial accounts
  • Work with finance teams of Hong Kong and Mainland business units, and support stakeholders in other functions
  • Prepare study of company’s plan on capital allocation  
  • Supervise and develop team members in the FP&A team 

 

Who You'll Work With

 

  • Senior finance leaders in Group and business units in Hong Kong and Mainland
  • Directors and managers in other departments including IT, Investor Relations, and Company Secretary

 

Who You Are

 

  • Bachelor degree holder in Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience in sizable or listed corporations
  • Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentation of financial performance to management
  • Strong Excel modeling skill
  • Experience in managing a small team
  • Experience in using Oracle finance applications such as Hyperion (SAP will be considered). 
  • Track record in transforming finance process and workflow or in migrating finance systems. 
  • Experience in Tableau or Power BI will be a further advantage
  • CPA
  • Teamwork player, share knowledge with team members, and explore opportunities as an change agent
  • Fluent Chinese and English, both speaking and written.  
  • Fluent or conversational Mandarin when communicating with finance teams in Mainland China
