Senior Officer, Club House

What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • To assist and monitor daily Club House operation and handle customers’ enquiries
  • To plan and monitor in organizing recreational programs and activities
  • To assist in ad hoc projects when required
  • Administrative works required


Who You’ll Work With

You will work with Club Supervisor/Club Assistant for providing excellent customer service to all guests and help manager to supervise all subordinates for working smooth and efficiently

      Experienced you'll need

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality/Hotel/ Recreation & Sports Management or related disciplines
  • Min. 5 years relevant experience in residential clubs / hotels or customer service field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
