Supervisor, Club House

What you'll do/Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide quality services to residents in clubhouse
  • Ensure the customer services provided is up to service standard of the company
  • Plan and organize various recreational activities and events
  • Handle customer enquiries & complaints and cultivate harmonious relationship with residents
  • To coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer services and provide assistance to them when required

You will work with the property services and customer services team and external services providers to provide excellent services to all residents and guests.

Requirements:
 

  • Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in customer services field
  • Solid working experience in property management is a must
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), other foreign languages is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
